Processing times:
Orders are usually packed and sent within 2 business days, unless the item is a pre-order.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times:

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, couriers, public holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside our control, but we will do our best to help if there is an issue. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post/couriers, public holidays and delays outside our control.

Pre-orders:
If an item is a pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on the product page. Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be contacted by email

Incorrect address:
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may need to pay the cost of resending it.
